  2. This is an example of a note file that can be attached to any of your records.
  3. Simply enter a legal DOS file name (e.g., ENV_NOTE.FIL) between two {}
  4. brackets in the "Note file:" field in an address record.  Valid file names
  5. include --> {A:\ZIP\SMITH.JOS}, {C:\ENV\DATA\ACME.INC}, and {NOTE}.

  7. You can enter up to 100 lines of text into this note editor.  Take advantage
  8. of this powerful feature of Envelopes Plus... to store data that normally
  9. cannot fit into the address fields.  For example, customer tracking, sales
  10. reports, and contact dates can be attached as a note file to an address
  11. record.
